Mark Saturday, 10 May 2014 on your calendar. Yes, it is Mother’s Day weekend, and it is one week before the annual U District Street Fair. As always, it is your opportunity to give back to the greater community by coming out and helping clean-up the area of trash. The schedule of events are a s follows:

09:00-09:30 Check-in (west side of U Heights) coffee, bagles, and Mighty O’s.
09:30-12:00 Clean-Up The Neighborhood. Return to U Heights.
12:00-13:00 Lunch (pizza) and Trash Contest! (Categories – Most Romantic, Best Mother’s Day present, Most “Ave-worthy”, and Best Lawn Ornament.)
