There’s been some discussion about the draft bicycle master plan and the impact on our neighborhood. The draft plan is on the SDOT website for review and can be found here:  http://www.seattle.gov/transportation/bikemaster_materials.htm.   Please note the NE sector plan which indicates the proposed routes in our neighborhood which includes a cycle track on Ravenna which could include removal of existing parking along Ravenna.  Comments on the plan can be sent by email to bmpupdate@seattle.gov by Friday, July 26, 2013.

The UPCC has not adopted a position regarding the plan which will be discussed at its next board meeting on June 26th.  Comments to guide the board may be sent to mardib@live.com or risler@u.washington.edu
